Product Availability 

 Available Products Vs Pre-Orders

We understand that e-commerce business has been growing rapidly. There are no shortages when it comes to online boutiques. Which is amazing in our opinion. When it comes to local customers this is our most asked question!

While shopping with Shoetique Llc. we want you to shop with confidence and ease. Our customers satisfaction is most important. If a product is available for purchase that means we have it in stock. Since the launch of Shoetique in 2017 we have never had any products for "Pre-Order". In some cases pre-orders are perfectly fine especially when its in demand and being manufactured. However unless stated otherwise on a product page anything you purchase from Shoetique is available.  


We typically ship within 24-72 hours. Some days we may ship same day. Many factors play a role in shipping. It all depends on how many orders we have that day. The time and days that orders are placed. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the next available business day. We are a small business with no staff please be patient with us. If you have any issues use the form below and we will contact you in a timely manner. We appreciate your business and value you as a customer. 

Local Pick-Up

We offer a local pickup option along with shipping. Customers who select local pickup at checkout will receive an order confirmation. When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email or text notification with location.  Local Pick-Ups typically are same day or within 24-48 hours. We fulfill orders as they come in. First come first serve. 

Please refrain from doing the following

  • Sending Private Dm, Emails & Or Text Before The 48 Hour Grace Period
  • Please use ( ) email for inquires about your purchase. 
  •  Order Inquires sent via Social DM, Thee ShoeBoss personal cell number before the 48 Hour will be deleted without reply
  • If you are in a rush please understand our policy.
Shoetique will not refund your order based on your own personal time frame. That means;
  1. No refunds because you need your items within a small time frame for event or vacation. 24-48 hour window to process orders.
  2. Shoetique does not refund because of your personal matters   

Local Pickup Is Only For Local Customers.

If you place an order for local pickup and you are out of state we will email you an invoice for shipping cost. If no payment has been made with 24 hours we will cancel the order. Our goal is customer satisfaction.

  • Having Checkout Issues

 Fill in all contact info manually, when customers use auto-fill to fill in required info our website will reject your payment. This is one way for us to protect our business from fraudulent activity as well as our customers. 

  • Make sure all contact, payment, shipping address and zip codes match and are correct
  • Local pick-up orders requires the same info as shipping
